Question by Jordan Taylor: Spa Sensations or Tempurpedic?
OK,here’s the deal,I want to know which I should get.Spa Sensations is a brand of memory foam mattresses from Wal-Mart, and I’ve read MAY review about it,saying it was a great bed for a great price.But I’m still not sure if it is as high quality as Tempurpedic.Spa Sensation 12 inch mattresses only cost 450 for a queen size while Tempurpedic is 1000+ for a queen size.I’m only 12 years old and don’t have back problems whatsoever,but this horrible spring mattress I sleep on makes it very troublesome to sleep and I usually toss and turn for at least an hour.Thank you VERY much for your answers.

You’re sure that you don’t have any back trouble? At 12 and can’t get to sleep just doesn’t sound right to me. You can have tight muscles that aren’t giving you any pain but make it hard to feel comfortable because they don’t let your back rest the way it should. Try freeing up your back muscles and see if that does help you or not. Here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
