memory foam matress

I have fibromyalgia with lots of hip back pain. Wanted to know what the best matress would be for me. Opinions would be really welcomed.

Right here I go. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibro and Disc problem. If that was not enough I have had to move out to a wheelchair accessible flat, fully furnished. Now I was given a Propad Mattress topper by the local Hospital to use at Home, so decided to buy a memory foam topper for the flat. Three months down the line which do I prefer? Both have new Mattresses, moreover the same make of mattress, so the difference is the topper. I have found the Propad, the one the Hospital gave me for free, better!
